MONDAY - Puppets Cool!

Puppetry Workshops for JK-Grade 8! Learn and build puppets to create your own characters with eyes, hair, arms, hands. Learn to synchronize your voice with hand movements, so that the puppets will actually appear to speak. We end with a short play (based on the award winning book, “The True Story of the Three Little Pigs”) and a rousing wrap up sing-along.

Woodland Creatures acrylic painting featuring an owl, fox & bunny

Create your own forest diorama and complete with your own creatures in air dry clay (hedgehogs, bunnies, foxes)

Watercolour Painting including experimentation with different watercolour techniques and creation of a whimsical watercolour painting.

Carve your very own delicate soapstone jewellery to wear or give as a gift. Shapes include heart, star and shark’s tooth.

Make your own Mason Bee House! Boost your garden's productivity by providing a Mason Bee House for peaceful, non-stinging bees. Make a clay bee and watercolour.

Professor Slime! We will make several kinds of slime: classic fluffy, snow and transparent. Kids will play with texture and colour through our unique slime experience.

Basket Making: Use yarn, fabric, ribbon, or raffia! Just wind yarn around frame and Voila! Add your own touch to create a masterpiece.

String Art & 3D wooden puzzle

Amazing Interactive Live Animal Show! A fun and educational presentation of reptiles, mammals, birds, bugs and amphibians. During this hands-on presentation, guests will “travel around the globe” to meet some of the world's exotic and domestic animals.
