  • Full payment is required at time of registration (through Paypal or via phone or in person).

  • Registration is not confirmed unless accompanied with full payment and spot will not be reserved.

  • Lollipop will call to confirm registration and payment if registration is made online or via phone.

  • Unfortunately Lollipop cannot accommodate last minute registration on the day of the class/event, and registration and payment will not be accepted on the day of the event/class.

  • Cancellations can be made up to 7 business days prior to the class start date. Refunds will be issued minus a $20 registration fee or a store credit will be issued.

  • Store credit must be used within 12 months of issued date and it can be used towards retail goods and studio services.

  • Cancellations after the allowed time period will not be refunded or credited. 

  • No refunds/credits will be offered to registrants who do not attend on their reserved date(s) unless in case of serious illness or family emergency* (*Up to the discretion of Lollipop Art Lounge)

  • Lollipop reserves the right to cancel the class/event if there is insufficient enrolment.  A full refund will be given upon cancellation of the class/event.​
